this sex technique, the woman lies back raises both her legs

and places them on the shoulders of her lover.

this sex technique, the legs of both the man and the woman are

stretched straight out over each other. It

takes two forms, the side position and the supine position,

depending on the way in which the couple are lying. In the side

position, the man should lie on his left side and the woman

should lie on her right.

Cow Position

In this sex technique, a woman stands on all fours with her

hands and feet on teh ground like a quadruped, and her lover

mounts her like a bull from behind.

It

is known as the position of the cow. At this time, everything

that is normally done on the breasts of woman should be done

on her back.

leg and draws up and contracts the other one as in the pressed

position.

In this sex technique, the woman lies back and crosses her legs

in the lotus posture of a Yogi. She raises her thighs, bringing

them up to her breasts. Entry is then effected with the man

kneeling or lying upon her.

In this sex technique, the woman brings her legs tightly together,

in the twinning

and then forcibly holds the Lingam in her Yoni.

and crosses one leg over the other. This position creates a

tight fit between the Lingam and Yoni.

this sex technique, the woman sits on top of the man, draws

his Lingam into her Yoni, holds it in by the action of her thighs,

presses it, moves against him and keeps the Lingam in her for

a long time.

In this sex technique, the woman lies back, draws up her legs

and places them in front of her lover’s chest. This is known

as the pressed position.

Pressing Position

Pressing Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, after love making has commenced in the clasping position, the woman should press her lover by bringing together her thighs to hold his Lingham tightly. This is called the pressing position.
Rising Position

Rising Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the woman lies back and raises her two thighs, it is known as the rising position.
Spinning Position

Spinning Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra.

In this sex technique, the woman sits on top of the man and takes care to maintain contact between the Lingam and Yoni. She turns round and round like a wheel above him, swinging her body to create the momentum. This is called the spinning top and can only be learned by practicing.
Splitting A Bamboo Position

Splitting-a-bamboo Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the woman lies back places one of her legs on her lover’s shoulder and stretches the other leg out, and then reverses the procedure, placing the stretched out leg on the other shoulder and bringing down the first leg, stretching it out, and so on alternately.

This procedure is known as splitting a bomboo and requires great concentration to perfect.
Supported Position

Supported Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the man and woman make love while standing, supporting themselves on each other’s bodies or on a wall or pillar, this is known as supported position.
Suspended Position

Suspended Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the man supports himself against something and the woman, sitting on his joined together hands, throws her arms around his neck, puts her thighs alongside his waist and moves herself up and down by pushing her feet against whatever the man is leaning on.
Swing Position

Swing Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the woman sits on top of the man who lifts up the middle part of his body. She then turns around so her back is facing him and rocks backward and forward. This is called the swing.
Turning Position

Turning Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra.

In this sex technique, the man turns around and enjoys the woman from behind without withdrawing from her Yoni, it is called the Turning Position.

This is a very enjoyable and it can best be learned by practice.
Twining Position

Twining Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, continuing from the pressing position

the woman should place one of her thighs across the thigh of her lover. This is known as twining position.
United Position.

United Position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra.

In this sex technique, the man makes love to two women at the same time both of whom love him equally. It erquires great self-control on the part of the man, who must ensure that each woman reaches her climax.
Widely Open Position

Widely open position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique, the woman lies back, lowers her head and raises up her middle parts. In this position, the man should take care to make his entrance easy.
Woman Acting the Male Role

Woman acting the male role position is one of the many sex techniques listed in Kama Sutra. In this sex technique during love making, the woman turns around and gets on top of her lover and continues to make love to him. Or the woman can take up this position from the beginning. There are three variations of her movements in this position.
